PICK UP POLICY
- Pick up is available for assembled and self-assembled ebikes.
- Please make sure to choose the correct pick up location. If possible, we will call you to confirm your pick up location.
- If you choose the wrong location, we may not have your chosen ebike available. We will do our best to have an equivalent replacement but we cannot guarantee availability.
- Shipping is available for e-bikes, accessories, and merch.
- We do not ship to PO boxes
- Shippings costs are not included in the price of the ebike (for all States except Alaska and Hawaii). To arrange shipping and receive an invoice for shipping cost please contact firstname.lastname@example.org after your order is placed.
- We use tracked delivery and you will need to be present for delivery and sign for your ebike.
- You will receive a tracking number when your ebike has been shipped.
- We normally ship bikes within 1-2 business days. Delivery will normally take about 5-10 business days but may be longer.
- Returns are available within 14 days of the date you picked up your ebike or the date your ebike was delivered to you.
Assembled and Self-Assembled Ebikes
- This part applies to both assembled and self-assembled ebikes.
- All ebikes must be returned:
- in the same condition (minus fair wear and tear) as it was given to you; and
- with all parts, accessories, and documentation included with the ebike;
- You are responsible for all costs associated with returning your bike.
- Once your ebike is received by us, we will inspect your ebike. The inspection process will normally take 3-5 business days. After the inspection is complete and we are happy with the condition of the bike and any parts, we will refund you the price you paid minus a 5% restocking fee.
- If there is any damage to the ebike or any parts we will charge you for the cost of repairing the damage and this amount will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
- Refunds are normally processed in 3-5 business days and you should normally receive your refund within 5-10 business days after it has been processed.
- In addition to the above, this part applies to assembled ebikes only.
- You must return your ebike in person to the same location as where you picked up your ebike.
- All included accessories must be returned as well, otherwise the cost of each accessory will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- In addition to the above, this part applies to self-assembled ebikes only.
- If you want to return your self-assembled ebike in person, please contact us for information on where to return your ebike.
- Otherwise, all self-assembled ebikes must be returned via our chosen shipping partner. Our shipping partner is currently “Bike Flights”. You can access their website here - www.bikeflights.com
- You are responsible for all costs associated with returning your bike, including shipping and handling.
- We strongly recommend you buy insurance to cover any damage to the ebike that may occur during shipping. You will not be issued a refund is your ebike is damaged during shipping.
